- When the app is closed or not in use, no location data is tracked.
- The agent's location is tracked in the background while they are working. Tracking stops once they mark themselves as off-duty and close the app.

We retain your information while your account is active or as necessary to provide services. If your account is closed, we may retain information as required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:
- Open the Slider app on your device
- Navigate to your Profile section
- Scroll down to find the account settings
- Select the 'Delete Account' option
- The app will ask for confirmation - review the warning message carefully
- Press the 'Delete' button to permanently delete your account and all associated data
By requesting to delete your account, you acknowledge that this action is permanent and cannot be undone once the deletion process is completed. Your account and associated personal information will be scheduled for permanent deletion from our systems, which may take up to 30 days to complete. During this period, your account may remain inaccessible while the deletion request is being processed. Please note that certain information may be retained where it is required to support related services, complete outstanding transactions, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service. Once the deletion process is complete, all personal data that is no longer required for these purposes will be permanently removed from our systems, and you will no longer be able to access your account or recover any associated data.
